Ecology, climate, strength, and value
We treat site ecology, passive comfort, resilient structure, and careful scope as parts of one integrated system.
Ecological integration
Every project begins with the land itself. We choose materials and forms that support the site's ecosystems rather than working against them.
Climate responsiveness
Passive ventilation and renewable systems, including solar, water, and storage, are woven together with landscapes shaped by permaculture principles.
Durability
Helical-pile foundations and wind-aware envelopes are designed for storms, seismic loads, and a long life in place.
Cost efficiency
Post-and-beam systems, cut lists, and prefabrication help keep builds efficient, reduce labor on site, and protect long-term value.
What we offer
From licensed plan sets to full project delivery and thoughtful off-grid integration.
Ready to build
Plan sets adapted to your site through geolocation, with custom variations, landscape design, and off-grid elements as needed.
Full plan sets
Custom eco architecture plans and elevations, shaped for wellness, unified with the site, and prepared for construction.
Plans and landscapes
EcoArch plan sets paired with wellness property design and landscaping that respects the character of the place.
